I checked skylandersinquirer and ghoastroaster, and they both say that wave 4 has already been set out in US Gamestops. It's also mentioned that gamestops are allowed to sell wave 4 as soon as they get the shipments. I can confirm this, since I've already seen a bit of wave 4 in my local gamestops.

Have any wave 4 traps (besides the easter trap) been sighted at Gamestop yet?

No, but I've seen a restock of kaos traps at the gamestops in New York.
