that moment when they told me Spyro's adventure was a ps1 game.

walmart once told me all they had was "spyro" when i called about GTR... (back in giants daze btw)

....and they had tons of gnarlys when i went.

kaos traps where only sold in the dark editions. no other way to get them.

Told me that TT is not till late 2015.

I don't really see the point of this topic, other than to shame people that don't know a lot about the series but were put in a position to sell them.

Like what happened to a bunch of other people, they told me that the Kaos trap was a dark edition exclusive. They actually told that to me as if I was stupid. Then they asked me if I wanted to buy the dark edition. I really wanted to scream at them.

Gamestop Sales Associate; "I've NEVER seen a Kaos trap in this store other than Dark Edition !!" When I had just bought one the day before from the same guy in the same store. WTF?

I will ADD ! Their very good customer service wise because he called every store he could and got me ALL the Amiibos that were HARD to FIND ie Villager, Marth, Shulk, Ike, WII fit, etc. and had them delivered to the store without having to pay the EBAY prices !!

The employees at my local Gamestop are usually very well informed on Skylanders... I've never had a problem,

Exactly.

It isn't an employees fault if they don't know a specific detail.. Kindly correct them, there's no need to harass/complain about them. There are multiple retail employees that browse the forums, and topics like this can be taken to offense.
