In the US, it's been stated that it's "Red Hot" Tussle Sprout. The "Steampunk" variant villain is supposed to be Shrednaught, at least based on the info that's been released in the US so far (and this thread: //forum.darkspyro.net/spyro/viewposts.php?topic=109200).

As far as the standard Easter trap, folks in Australia who already have it have reported that it's just a standard Earth trap when dropped into the portal.

There is nothing special about the trap released in Aus except that it is painted.
