So are these US GameStop locations or those elsewhere in the world? The photo does seem to almost deliberately crop out the hanger at the top of the cards to prevent identification of US/EU figures.

Not really. You can see part of a peg, but you can't tell how far to the left the opening goes and whether that's hiding a secondary peg hole or not. I've seen pics like this dumped out and stated to be "US" releases during previous launches where the EU got figures earlier with the figures displayed always having the peg holders hidden and no US stock actually being located until our normal launch dates. People who want folks to know that figures are in the US specifically take photos including the peg holder so there's no room for argument. IMO, unless the photographer just doesn't know how to frame a photo properly at all, there's no reason to take this shot from this angle, this tight in, unless you're specifically trying to hide the peg holders so that they can essentially shout "fire" in the metaphorical crowded theater and watch the ensuing madness. tldr version: Full, clear pics or it didn't happen. -Doug

To quote the user who found them:

These were found in Malaysia, not the US. The currency is in Malaysian Ringgits, not USD. And it wasn't at GameStop. Read closer before you post about it.

Topic should be closed unless you want excited collectors running out to GameStop with false hopes of getting these figures.
