I have tried everything and i can't jump onto the platform halfway throught thelevel. I am heading up, and finaaly come to the small platform, and the moving platform that goes up and down. everytime i try, i die on the spikes. Please Help!!

Exit the level then re-enter and you'll still have all the keys you collected and all the agents you rescued, but you'll be at the beginning so you can do it now. Hope it helps.
