... Is it just me, or do they have spikes/scales on their backs? I've noticed that for a while, and I was just playing StD.

Kinda creepy... but pretty cool I suppose.

They remind me of HoundDoom from Pokemon.

They were excellent pouncers though, I'll give 'em that. Had the good ol' hunting dog spirit in 'em! They would be better suited to be on the hunt then herding sheep with those bizarre shepherd-type enemies with their CANE BONK OF DEATH OF DESTRUCTION. ^.^

A similar one is in Dark Passage. You just see those cute little puppies... then they run over and bite you. And as for when the lights go out around them...

When I was like five I was terrified of them. I wouldn't play that level unless my mom was in the room with me, LOL. Now I really like them, but I'm not really sure why.
