I was walking to Canterlot, hoping there I could find a friend, I had walked most of Equestria by hoof by now and I was starting to think nobody liked me "I hope this olace is different" I thought as I entered Canterlot

Gary Sparkle walking to meet Celestia.

I walked until accidentally bumping into Gary "Oh! I'm sorry sir!" I said "Well, this might not last long" I thought, I made a mistake and that usually means I get ran out into the wilderness... Again...

"that ok"Gary Sparkle said."so,are you new royal guards?"

"Me? No... Look at me, I'm the opposite of a royal guard, I'm what a guard is protecting others from... I'm a monster..." I said with a sigh "If you're trying to kill me, just do it sir..."

"I won't kill you"Gary Sparkle said.I would heal your right hindlegs"

I looked at my leg "How did you know I was injured? And why do you want to help me?" I asked, nopony ever wanted to help me before

I am scribbling away with a quill and a bottle of ink beside me. Beside me is a letter in an unknown language. I am translating it for my big sises.

"I hope Twilight Sparkle come back and find my sister"Gary Sparkle said.

"Who is Twilight Sparkle?" I asked before my injured leg started to hurt again "Ah! My leg! It keeps hurting every few moments!"

"Twilight Sparkle is my sister"Gary Sparkle."hold still,you can't move"

"Ok" I said as I laid down on the ground on my left side so Gary could get to my right leg easily "Who are you anyway?"

" name is Gary sparkle"Gary said.

"Nice to meet you Gary, I'm Austin, please tell me why you're being nice to me, nopony has ever been nice to me before" I said

"Nice to meet you too"Gary Sparkle said.

The Doctor was making an unusual walk through the royal city of Canterlot. He is usually never found outside the factory unless he was going home. He questioned himself on why he was walking these streets, "The ponies here are too uptight, their children don't even know fun," he spoke to himself as he spotted a mare yelling out to her colt who was jumping around in a n expensive looking outfit, "This city needs a right buck in the flank," he continued on, turning his attention away from from the family.

He come to the main road, title the main road because it lead strait to the royal's doorstep. He turned and spotted Austin and Gary, "Is that Dash's friend's brother, and... A changeling?" He started for the two as his right hoof opened up to let out the dangerous glow of energy, and the plasma charged up. He then noticed no immediate danger for the stallion, and the limb closed up, "Gary, Gary Sparkle," he trotted up to the two, "What, may I ask, are you doing with a changeling?" He glanced at Austin who was laying on his side.

"H-he's fixing my leg s-sir" I said nervously

After finishing my translating I seal it with the royal seal, before tying it with a ribbon. Placing the scroll safely in my messenger bag, I step off of the chair and scoot it back into place. As I leave the room I am joined by Lightfoot and a his platoon. They make sure that I am in the center of the formation as we make our way into the city, on our way to where my big sister's meeting is at.

"Yep"Gary Sparkle said.

Gulaven blinked his eye lids quickly as if he was offended by Austin's reply, "Do excuse me for not questioning you," he simply reached up to his coat pocket to retrieve a monocle. He placed it up onto his left eye, "If anything, allow a real doctor to tend to the wounds," he brought his right leg up and a longer port opened to reveal a syringe with a strange blue serum, "I ask that you not be afraid of neither my device nor this needle. The liquid I present is a cell enhancer, one with a healing factor. An item I require my employees to carry. Luckily I carry a set of three," throughout his whole speech, his tone stayed stale and flat, "That is if you believe you do not need such assistance. I never administer without consent," only his eyes looked down to Austin now with his head held up to the point his chin was parallel to the ground itself.

"Get inside, he says pulling me under his wings as he stands protectively over me. His friends and fellows guards form a protective circle defending me. Lightfoot warily watches the stranger, his amber eyes gleaming in the light. Halt and identify yourself, or you will be taken into custody," he commands.

"I need it, but why help me? Everypony else I've met hated me" I said with a frown before looking at the guards "My name is Austin, but I'm nopony... If I need to leave, I will after my leg is healed..."

"I am only one of royal guards who using elemants of harmony"Gary Sparkle said.

Lightfoot pauses as he looks over you. Seeing that you are injured he relaxes as does the other guards. Then turning to Gary he speaks.

"Get this one to Nurse Red..," he stops as a female's voice interrupts him.

"No need, captain, I'm already here, a snow-white mare with rose mane says. Trotting over to you, she examines you carefully. Then pulling out a Sam splint from her saddlebag and some bandages, Nurse Redheart, gets to work. Gary, I need you to lay him down gently, so I can apply the splint. However before that we need to clean out some of these wounds. Taking out a bottle of rubbing alcohol and some tissue she tips the bottle, getting the tissue wet and starts cleaning the wounds. Doctor if you wish to help as well, that is fine," she says with a smile.

"But what about him?" I asked as I pointed to Gulaven "He was about to give me some kind of cell booster or something, all I know is you ponies are the first to help me instead of hurt me... Is this what having a friend is?"

OOC: I think he missed my post about Gulaven approaching them already to offer some assistance, even n with a cold expression... Anyway.

Gulaven looked up from Austin to Nurse Red Heart, "Does your medicine offer speedy recovery? I assure I do not intend to be rude, but I have a highly tested and effective medication here that allows one's body to boost the healing factors. Harsh burns gone to simple scars in a matter of an hour to two. Would you like a demonstration before I apply it to our changeling friend?" The needle reseeded into his mechanical arm, and his sword crawled out of his forearm and latched to his hoof bringing it up to his other leg, where he awaited conformation of the demonstration.

"Your f-friend?" I asked, nopony had ever called me that before

"friend helping others"Gary Sparkle said.Princess Twilight Sparkle looking her brother."there you are,Gary Sparkle"Twilight Sparkle said.

I looked at Twilight "H-hello... Y-you must be Twilight Sparkle... I'm sorry for being here, I'll leave if you want" I said

"yep,that me and hi"Princess Twilight Sparkle said."you can't leave until your legs fully recover".Gary Sparkle went meeting with Celestia."you late"Princess Celestia said to Gary Sparkle.

"But I'm a monster, won't the citizens run me out of this place?" I asked, scared of what could happen to me

Lightfoot and his fellow guards, enter the building a little bit later. I trot over to my big sisters, Celestia and Luna. Taking the scroll out of my saddlebags I hand it to them.

"Here you go big sises, I finished translating it," I say happily.
