Avatar Trouble [CLOSED]

I have been trying to upload my new Mega Man GIF as an avatar. I got it from imgur. This is it:

I keep on going to my settings and doing the whole change avatar process. I am using google chrome by the way. So, it keeps on saying "Uploading". So then it finally finishes uploading and nothing happens. What is happening?

EDIT: Hmmm, it doesnt seem to be working. It isn't showing up. Everytime it says edited means that I am trying to get it to work BTW

ANOTHER EDIT: Hmmm, not the page cuts out and I can only see half of the page and nothing is happening.

Can you try reverse searching the image and linking it from another source?

If you want to go ahead and upload it yourself, there's postimage.org. Quick and easy.
Also, PhotoBucket and ImageShack but they're more trouble than for what is for.

That's way too big to be used as an avatar. The max is 100x100 pixels and 40KB file size. Yours is 300x169 and nearly 10MB.
