You realize that you would be using copyrighted property if you got your hands on the official Wolfgang model for projects without permission right? You would be getting copyright infringements or something similar.

Aside from the copyright stuff, if you just need references of him from all sides(for drawings or whatever), you can probably just take screenshots of him during cutscenes since he actually spins around in his boss battle and has close ups from several angles during the first few reunions with the other Doom Raiders.

Personal, Nothing involving selling or anything like that and it does not even have to be the official model just any render of him would be great
and I was just gonna make a figurine of him for my collection, he's my favorite villain

Oh, I'm doing that with Golden Queen so I can lend a hand, though I don't think there are any official 3D models around of anyone in TT.
Yeah,taking screenshots and looking for pictures of all angles(high quality mostly) is optimal. If you'll do him out of polymer clay(don't see what else), make sure to draw him in the position you want(also from every angle unless it'll be something simple) and plan out how to make a wire skeleton that'll get covered nicely by the clay. Since he also has a big torso, I also recommend wrapping a bunch of aluminum foil around that area so he looks chunkier.
The rest...mostly look for tools and tutorials in the internet, I'm pretty much starting out as well because it's the first full body figurine I'm doing.

I wish I could help ya, but I haven't been successful in rippin' the models, myself. If you do manage to get a model made, I'd be interested in making one too, as well.
