Do you ever revisit old sites you have joined, but are now abandoned or barely active?

Stick Death has been dead and inactive for nearly a decade now, though when searching it up to see if it's really still dead I found that someone felt it was worth preserving and rehosted the site after it presumably went down.

My first forum, BakuganBuzz, has been dead for at least 5 years now. Oddly the site is still around, though I seem unable to log on as something in the system doesn't recognize something being typed in the username field.

They used to be notoriously famous meme sites in my language back in the day.

Then I sorta left for a couple of months and I came back only to see it's member activity was 15 times lower than it used to be.

In your lifetime, the internet will slowly become more and more of a graveyard. That's not just abandoned websites that are archived or still online for whatever reason but also the people who post.

The internet has been around for a very long time sure but not in the same way it has over the past 20 or so years. After 50 years of message boards, image boards, forums, youtube, deviantart, facebook, furry trash etc. imagine how many people would have stopped browsing or just died?

One day, these websites are going to have to remove literally dead users to save space.

Think about that for a moment.
