Villain themes

So it seems that the villain music is being used in different media. Lot seems that chill bill's theme is being used a lot.

I think that this is the 3rd time that his theme has been used in a commercial, first in a mcdonalds commercial, 2nd in a jewlery advert and the newest one:

Awful comercial, they Super Bowl commercials get worse every year!

After recently experiencing 3rd Party Content matching on youtube, I can identify licensed music for Tae Kwon Crow & Chomp Chest.

I also got a copyright notice when uploading some tae Kwon crow gameplay. So most of the villain themes are most likely 3rd party, which I don't mind because they are all amazing to listen to!

I got ContentID'd for the Lockmaster Imp's theme,except the song ("Lucky-go-happy")doesn't actually exist. Also did some research on APM Music and I've seen some people say that they're claiming copyright in public domain songs,so don't assume they actually own these songs yet,guys.

Chill Bill's theme is called "Golden Swagger"? Now I'm totally amazed at how cool that is and disapointed they didn't make his Evolved look golden.

There should've been a sunglasses trinket just for him. Make them look blocky like the sunglasses Spyro has in the Insomniac trilogy, and call them "Nostalgia Goggles". smilie

Not really. It costs at lot less for Activision to do so and we get greater quality music in a very large variety of genres.

It's also quite the source of nostalgia. No one is complaining that Night on Bald Mountain plays during the final boss.
But since no one really paid mind to the first post, APM Music has been also claiming royalty free songs(think even some Incompetech stuff which is all royalty free songs by one person) or game music from dev teams that allow monetization. Sure, in the end they might be handling copyright claims for Activision, but after they did that to my video that was marked as private it's hard to tell if it's their song or Youtube being Youtube, thinking X song is Y song and thus you have to give up your ad money.
