Heads up! Replies will likely be spoilers..... Anyone with details regarding the location of the hats on this level? Been through it several times but still missing an area and a hat. Grrrrr......

One in the Undead area, one in the Earth area, one inside the submarine (Brawlrus quest).

Sounds like you're missing the Brawlrus Quest. Just make sure you have him in a tech trap to get it!

Okay, found it. Believe it or not... I didn't enter the submarine after upgrading the villain....... Don't know how I missed the purple arrow pointing into the sub, but I did. Level complete, finally!
