Variant trap question.

I got the Rebel Lob Goblin in the light trap and was wondering if I put another in the trap will I lose him?

No, when you put Lob Goblin back in it, it will appear as Rebel in game.

Or Rebel Evolved if you have Evolved that one with that trap. Its okay but admittedly, it was scary to put other villains in variant traps at first for me too.
