How far are you in Nightmare Mode? I'm on Level 6. Haven't started the level yet, and I have no deaths yet.

Pepper Jack was insane. He kept practically clearing the screen with his pepper bombs.

I havent started nightmare mode but i ony did the first chapter

I'm at Phoenix Psanctuary... ( Is that spelled right? )

I plan on completing Nightmare with 8 Skylanders/ 8 Villains everntually, but for now, I'm just playing the game over again since I lost my progress

ive beat it. i played it "legit". new figures, if i die i restart the level and using only villains i have captured so far in the game.( no kaos until i beat him). ive also 100% it, 4 stars on all levels, kaos challenge mode and arenas all done. skeletones done as well( yay button mashing)

kaos challenge was the worst, i didnt even bother with the towers, they just die in 2 shots and cant kill anything. the mystery box of doom, well rounds 50-100 it burst almost every single round, again enemies 2 shot it and with 6 pain-yatas and 6 keankenstines theres no way to take them down before they 2 shot it. if anything i found it easier to let them open it then kill the guy inside in like 2 seconds. the arena one shot challenge? easy, you play the entire game like a one shot challenge.

I completed Game File 4 100% on Nightmare mode and kept it that way. It's the only way to keep the Rainbow Hat and add it to the other three games files of any difficulty except Nightmare.

I thought you just had to beat Kaos to get the hat...

What kinda rules you running on the Nuzlocke? Knowing someone else is doing one may get me to be willing to do one.

You have to beat him on Nightmare to get the hat.

I got my portal rank 40 on nightmare and I will safely say two things

Eon's Elite Trigger Happy and Eon's Elite Stealth Elf were my MVPs for characters. For new characters not Elite, Tread Head was really useful as was Wildfire and Bat Spin.

However, Kaos could have done this entirely by himself as long as you have a fast character to help get you the times between fights. If not for Kaos, I would never have tried getting rank 40 on nightmare, especially against Kaos himself (timed and no switching).

You don't even need to note another character using Kaos tbh, just hold your primary attack and switch to magic, refill, then go back to undead. If switching elements is problematic, just stick to magic and spam Doom Sharks. You will be immortal, as your 100% life refill is sitting on your primary attack.

The one Mesuxelf is doing.
1 villain and Skylander of each element, besides Kaos. If a character gets knocked out or runs completely out of time, you can't use them.

Wow...Dreamcatcher is easy on Nightmare.

I see. I might just do one, but if I do I'll probably opt for no villains and no EE's. I'd love to keep myself from using Bumble Blast too..... Buuuut, the Kaos fight is just too long otherwise. None the less I look forward to starting a Nuzlocke.

There is sort of a glitch that even before Dreamcatcher releases her final phase of the battle right before singing that dumb lullaby in an attempt to put someone to sleep, Kaos' Undead Doom Spell could wipe her out completely nearly at the last minute.

Well, yes and no. Yes, I was implying that it does not matter which character you use when you use Kaos, however, if you are really trying to be fast in a zone, then perhaps using someone really fast like Stealth Elf to get you in between battles will get you done even quicker. Kaos may win fast but some characters can move faster.
