I didn't like a few of the first episodes, but it's getting really good now. Nothing epic, but still a very entertaining show smilie

I knew you liked this already, I was just watching some Disney X D (They have some decent stuff, not much but some) and I was watching commercials since I couldn't fast forward and saw a commercial for Star vs The Forces of evil. Then I saw your avatar and was like "Wait, someperson's avatar is from a show about a girl that has a wand or whatever?".

Edit: X D became the emoticon smilie

I haven't watched it really, a lot of the newer shows just don't excite me that much. Suppose I'll give it a go.

I enjoy it but it's not as good as Wander Over Yander, or Even Gravity Falls

At this rate, no modern cartoon is better than Gravity Falls. In fact, instead of going downhill like many shows tend to do, it just keeps getting better and better. Why, my parents hate modern cartoons, but I showed them this once, and they were almost instantly hooked. My mom absolutely loved it, but my dad took some time to admit it. He is very proud in that sense, but then he asked me when will the next episode air, and he couldn't fool anybody anymore smilie

The art style is simply superb. That's one of the reasons I wanted to watch the series. Why, they took two years just to produce thirteen episodes, so you can tell they really poured their hearts into the animation smilie

decided to take a look at it.

pretty cute and a nice art style but in earlier episodes and some later episodes star can get annoying to the point of where i want to change the channel.

judging by the season finale though, that's probably going to change.

The show seems interesting, I've seen a few scenes on Youtube.

I'd, of course, be more interested if it wasn't more "Childish" (Childish used lightly, not as a "oh this is just a dumb kids show herp-derp" kind of way) when looking to shows like, for example, SU or Gravity Falls (Although comparing it to GF isn't really fair for Star. XD )

Seems okay, but something about (Marco I think his name was/is?) seems just a little bit strange to me.
idk, this might sound weird but he gives me too much of a "Nice-guy-from-Disney" sort of feel, idk...just rubs me the wrong way, maybe?

that's all I have to say (And I don't even watch the show)

Guys, I think you are all forgetting that Gravity Falls began a bit childish as well, not as much as Star vs. The Forces of Evil, but still. In fact, I can say that there were a few of the Season 1 GF episodes I didn't like that much, just like this new show. SvtFoE began childish and even a bit immature, but it has been shaping up very nicely. The stories are improving and the character development is much more noticeable. Have you seen the season finale? That was one terrific episode people, and the most serious of them all. I can just imagine things getting more serious and darker in Season 2, just like what happened with GF.
