What if they had gone with two Trap Masters for Light and Dark?

How cool would it have been to have a Dark Minotaur with traptanium horns (would have been much cooler than the traptanium horned helmet of Head Rush, in my opinion) and a Light Griffin with traptanium claws and/or beak? Any one else have an opinion?

Yes, it would have been cool indeed! They could use those ideas for the other two Light and Dark Trap Masters, if they are going to make them.

However, Head Rush kinda takes the concept of a minotaur.
She charges, she stomp and she's really muscular.

Well... We assume they are part of the helmet.
After all... All the Trap Masters' weapons aren't part of their bodies (the only weapon that is not wielded, outside of Head Rush horns, is Blastermind's helmet with the traptanium crystals).

We know for sure he didn't had it from the start, according from his backstory.
Maybe the Head Rush one is similar.

I wouldn't change knight light for a griffin. No way. I have been waiting for a winged knight since skylanders was released. However, if they have finally decided to produce two light trap masters, a griffin wouldn't have been a bad addition. However I think they should also explore as "light characters" the fairies side, it would be nice to have sort of a tinkerbell or terrence in skylanders.

fairies, ehh not a fan but i can see them in the game so i wouldn't mind them.

griffin and minotaur? yes please. im always drawn to the more fantasy characters like knightlight, tuffluck, knightmare, wildfire and such. The more human ones like headrush, bushwack, blastermind, ehhh im not that crazy about. i would love to see characters with animal traits ( wings, tail, 4 legs)

and that reminds me, have they done a figure with a spider or dog/wolf theme yet? most other animals seem to have been done. ( wolfgang dosent count hes a villain)

Hot Dog and Funny Bone kinda fit the dog theme.

Spy Rise is technically a humanoid spider, but I would love a full fledged eight-legged spider Skylander.

However I completely agree with you.
More fantasy inspired characters, less humanoids (too human, I mean, Blastermind and Ka-Boom are fine... Just don't get past Bushwhack, Head Rush, Torch and Chill).

I would have gone with a winged, demon-like Trap Master for Dark to go with Knight Mare, almost a counterpart to Knight Light

gargoyle yes but maybe a spear instead of wings as a wep. wings as a wep worked well for blades but might be harder to pull off for a 2 legged gargoyle. unless its a 4 legged gargoyle lol.

I personally like the humanoid characters with “fantasy elements and/or animal features”, like Knight light (wings), Hex (magic skills), Batspin (again magic), Knight Mare, etc. In that sense I’m fond of characters like gargoyles, fairies, vampires, harpies, angels, etc. By the way, someone mentioned an alter ego of Knight Light, that also sounds great.
