Wait... When did this happen? I remember last time I decided to send a PM to a banned user, and it showed an error. Now all a sudden, I tried sending one and it got though, and allows me. Is this new? Or was it always like this and I'm just mistaking myself?

I'm pretty sure on my old Ripto'd account I got messages after I was banned, and that was in late 2012. Were you blocked by the user you tried sending it to?
