I also have very low iron so I take tablets but as much as I take them, my iron just decreases. So I'm going to have a rest.

I did so but the weird thing is, when I get up my head just spins and I cannot see for 2 seconds minimum. Well, I can see but only white flashes.

^Maybe it's migraines. Do the flashes happen frequently, along with your headaches?
I get something like that every now and then and I went to the doctor and she said it was like a mild case of migraines.

Yes I get it a fair lot, I haven't checked it out yet, I should though. The flashes mainly happen when I get up from lying down, or sometimes I think it's from looking at my screen for a while, so I stopped doing it for a quite long time, but it seems to still happen. ALOT. Yes they happen along with my headaches but only when I stand up from a lying position.

Sometimes, I get scared and feel like I'm losing my sight, but my eye doctor says it's nothing to do with my eye sight, although I am short sided.

Sounds like a migraine. Or it could be low blood pressure especially if you get it when you quickly sit up from a lying position.

Yeah, it's mainly when I stand up and I wait a few seconds then it starts.

But something really weird is. Every time I look out the window during the 'migraine' it seems to go away. 0.o Or maybe I'm just imagining, and finding any hopeless answer! smilie

Well if you went to an eye doctor and she said your eyes were fine, maybe go see another doctor about your headaches. They might be able to give you some meds to help when they find out what the problem is.
