I think that the mini release is a pattern because there were no minis in wave two and there were minis in wave one and wave 3 so here is the pattern mins out wave 1 minis out wave 3 and minis wave 5

A full complete wave between pet-vac and breeze seems highly unlikely, being we know pet-vac will be part of this wave somehow

Here's my theory. To balance the waves (4 & 5), they split the remaining figures evenly.

2 Trap Masters
3 core and a triple pack
1 pack of Minis

There are 3 remaining new Trap Masters, plus Gear Shift's general release
6 core figures, including Blackout & Spotlight
2 packs of Minis: Barkley & Whisper Elf, Breeze & Pet Vac

Actually, I really hope Breeze will arrive in Wave 4. She looks even cuter than the other Minis.

Plus there should be Eggcellent Weeruptor (probably an Easter release), Gnarly Barkley, and Power Punch Jet-Vac to come out also.

Argos are advertising the fire mini pack although not in stock. No sign of the water mini pack yet.

He was part of the wave 3 pic in LI when they added them. There's a topic in the toys and merchandise section.

Not to mention previous buddy pack releases. Each one has been the previous wave before the dual mini pack

Makes sense to me. And of course, random exclusives / holiday variants sprinkled throughout. Fun Fun Fun...

He wouldn't be in an offical product wave 3 picture if he wasn't part of it. It's not like a retailer ad. Remember the gap between w3 and w4 is the longest so plenty of time for the buddy pack to release as part of the wave
