I hear rumors he comes out 1/15 (tomorrow) at TRU. Anyone been able to confirm this?

I just called my local TRU, and they said yes, they are supposed to have them.

I've called my local TRU and no dice on Love Potion. This one is clearly a bust.

For what it is worth: I have called Activision several times since December to order Love Potion Pop Fizz for my store, and they keep telling me I can't order yet. The last time was last week. So either they are only allowing pre-orders for the major retailers (which would be contrary to the way they have done Valentines/Easter figures in past years) or they aren't releasing him yet (at least as of last week).

I didn't find any LPPF, but at least I got a Captain Falcon amiibo

I would call that way better score then LPPPF due to availability of amiibos

Didn't find him either. Between this and the delay of the rest of Wave 3, I'm wondering when they'll ever release Bat Spin, or High Five, in the States. Shouldn't take this long .
I'm guessing LPPF will be out on 1/18 in my area. My TRUs usually get their Skylanders on Thursday or Sunday.

The manager at my TRU told me that for most stores in the So California greater L.A area all shipments of ANY items are on hold from the distribution warehouse until Saturday 1-17? due to year end inventory being done this week. She did not know if they would be getting in any new skylanders figures but she did say that if they were due to have them released today it is possible they could arrive by Saturday. I do not know if this applies to TRU stores in other regions or States, but I would assume in most cases it would. This would also explain the drought of Disney Infinity new figure releases of Ronan, Yondu and Goblin which were scarce at both TRU's I visited while looking for LPPF today. Happy hunting.

My TRU manager confirmed the go live date is today but they have never been received at the warehouse, at least on this coast.

Anyone ever think maybe the human at corporate that emails out the release sheets made a typo? This isn't a TRU exclusive figure and holiday variants don't get an early release exclusivity normally. Yet no other retailer has it listed for release this month. And again lack of figures on ebay. Yes its a normal figure but we all know anything new gets snagged up by over zealous sticky finger employees lol

There was never any confirmation of a Wave 3.5 with Bat Spin or High Five, that was just people guessing since those were tied up with a Frito Lay contest until after the Wave 3 cores shipped. They may be as late as Wave 4 or 5. It's silly to think we won't get them since a bunch of people made some unreliable speculation that never had any sort of source - it was always just guessing. They aren't in the US Wave 3 core cases, that's the beginning, middle and end of known info - anything else is just rumor.

And on another note, yes it is inventory season - happens every year at TRU (and most other retailers). Shipments slow down or stop altogether until late January so they can get more accurate counts. Most manufacturers don't release new stuff in January since it might be delayed due to held shipments.
