I've seen the word on a few other forums. It doesn't seem to be that common of a term overall, but it's another one for reviving dead topics.

Correction: A "Topic Necromancy," is the revival of an ancient topic (one that's been dead for awhile). Obviously different people have different definitions of how long that is. For me, if it's been longer than 9 months, it's Topic Necromancy. Otherwise, it's just your run-of-the-mill bump. >.>
