This is an idea for Sky5.

The main gimmick characters are 20 Armor Masters, who can switch out upgradeable Armor pieces. Each piece of armor is either a Mask, Chestplate, Backplate, or Shoulder Armor that can magnetically attach to the ArmorMaster.

20 Armor Masters
10 armor sets (each set consists of a Mask, Chestplate, Backplate, and Shoulder Armor, making 40 pieces in all)
20 Cores
10 Reposes
