I wanna download a good, free animator for my PC computer! It has to be one you can draw with! I don't want one with me using stuff others made!

I asked for something like this not too long ago. Basically the only answers I got was that the only good, decent animation program is Flash, which costs soooo much money. You can do what I do and make it the hard way, use Photoshop and Movie Maker to draw your animations. It's the cheapest way, but also the most tedious and time-consuming way. But at least it's something.

okay but seriously I hope you know that in order to do flash animation you're going to want a graphics tablet for your PC along with flash. Not only that but flash animation is so tedious and time consuming (frame-by-frame). You have to be really dedicated to do it.
