I know they are clutter, but I can't bring myself to clear them-- they look pretty on the islands. Especially the Christmas bushy tree. I like it better than the regular tree decorations-- they aren't snow covered !!
Anyone else leave them up or am I alone in my oddness?

I have 2 or three of each kind--wondering if they'll "melt" back to normal green.
Actually, I probably have more than that. But I can't have them all over the place |

I wonder if they'll release a snow-covered tree that stays snow-covered all year long…

They did snow covering last year and I'm pretty sure the snow disappeared off everything, and they didn't release a snow-covered tree then, but it might be fun. If they did, it would have to be when they launch the snow, or maybe not. I could see it a high xp % gem item.

I have a small out-island I've been trying to "grow" trees on, to make a little nature area. Park bench in the middle square. The snowy trees look nice. =)

You do those cute candy trees are sitting on green gems ? We can worry about the lost islands deforestation problem when we are all level 45 and drowning in the premium currency . I am off to go Chop Chop some trees

not all of them are--I'd say it's a 75% chance to get a gem. I've only got a few sitting around.
I clear the ones that cover a spot that a puddle or weeds could grow, or if there just hanging out in the middle of open space. But the ones that pop up on the edge or next to a building? I keep those Everytime I clear one that there is no gem, I think: "I oculd have kept that one--It wasn't doing anything wrong, or covering up another square" |

Yep me too! I like the these trees, they give me a sort of a holiday feeling :-)
Like you, wondering if the trees will hold, once the snow disappears..... we'll see!

I keep getting Grinnade invading, but. Don't want to trap him, and lose the trees

If you don't touch the items you still want, the symbol for removing them will dissapear after awhile.

wow. but somehow my husband doens't know how to "not click" a collection balloon. When it was elemental sanctum time, I would caution him repeatedly not to collect from Orville until we got the mission. He just can't hlep it. Thanks fotr the info, either way |
