Hello and Happy New Year.

I have a friend who was just playing for fun. As you do.

He didn't register with Activate and he has no record of his support code and now the app won't boot at all.

We've tried reinstalling. We've tried restoring from backup.

Can anyone see a work around to get the app working?

I don't see any point in going to Activision without some record of the data.

Yeah, this is being reported all over after the last update, Activision screwed the pooch again.

Me, I can boot it on my Nexus 7 5.0.0_R6 but not on my NVidia SHIELD 5.0.1.

we played without logging on/in and then our ipad crashed. The new refurbished replacement lost our game in an update. We removed the app, did a hard restart on the ipad itself, reinstalled lost islands. We got our game back and them immediately logged in/registered with activate through the help/options screen.

I have tried the full reboot after deleting and no luck. Thanks for the tip.
