Get you report someone for ripping of your Art-work and then claiming it as there own?

Copyright can only be claimed by the creator themself, not the site creator.

If you really care about your own art, you'd put some sort of signature on it.

Yep! You can keep a clean version on your hard drive and give it to those you trust.
