I still never understood why the blood in that series is pink

In japan, if the blood was red, it would have gone up a rating. Thus, they changed it to a pink to keep it at a relatively low rating (here it's 17+)
However, in the game, when the blood dries it becomes a dark red color, like the fresh blood in AoT. Also, i've seen someone edit some scenes with red blood and TBH, I feel the pink blood goes better with it's art style and wacky nature.
