upgrade glitch?

I noticed this with two of my characters: Series 2 Eruptor, and series 2 Terrafin

I was upgrading them, and after buying all the upgrades of one path I changed to the other one, but the upgrades on the other path were not available to buy. I found it odd, and in fear of having to reset the character I go to see the powers part of the Skylander stats, and found that the missing upgrades that were, in fact, already buyed. So... if you buy upgrades in one path, its equivalent on the other path are buyed too? Have someone else experienced it? Is this a glitch or they changed how things worked (In past games you had to buy the separately)?

I got a series 3 Volcanic Eruptor from a Best Buy promotion and I found the same thing. I think they did that so you didn't have to spend as much money to get them fully upgraded. Considering how easy it is to get gold in STT though, it seems kinda silly.

If someone ever made Skylanders into a MOBA, I'd be ok with that.

RIP GhostRoaster. He's reanimated as TakeYourLemons but occasionally is resurrected from the beyond when needed.

Yeah, I noticed this awhile back too. Also, if you happen to be buying upgrades for a Swap Skylander, I believe each upgrade is only half the usual price, to account for having to buy separate top and bottom upgrades. I believe in Swap Force each upgrade was full price, meaning you paid double to fully upgrade a Swapper.

You know you have an addiction when you spend money on it that is normally saved for your other addictions.

I think that at least the swappers soul gem abilities were cheaper than the regular soul gem abilities even back in swap force.
