"Hmm," Varedis mused, "If this is a message to you, then who is it from?" he asked Sky

"Someone who obviously doesn't care about other people," Stonecrusher growled.

"Trinity" Sky simply said.

"Trinity sounds like a bad group, we need to stop them" Kihei said

"But how? They don't care about innocent lives" Makil said

Midnight hugged Chromatus's one head "Are you ok buddy?" He asked

Chromatus smiled, "Yes, I'm great, it's the innocents that are dead that makes me angry"

Varedis looked at Sky, "Trinity? That name, it reminds me of something I knew a long time ago. Something that my dad was linked with. They sought control and when my dad rebelled he dissappeared, presumed dead. And although there's no proof I can tell that it was THEM that did it to him." He stopped mutterig to himself as his train of thought had carried his voice into an indescernible murmur. "Sky, if this is the same Trinity, then I have experienced their ruthlessness first-hand. If I am not over-stepping my bounds, why are they sending you a message?"

Before he could response there was a loud booming voice, "PRIMAL DRAGON REMEMBER YOUR PURPOSE!" it said.


Sky looked up and standing on top of a tower stood three hooded figures, "We; the Trinity are Watching you! If you ever want to see your friend again," one of them holds out a dragoness bond and gag within a cage, "You will find the Storm Crown!"

Sky started to growl as a white aura started to resonate from his body, "You Monsters! Let her go!" he said as he charge with incredble speeds flying up to them with his claws cover in a dark aura, "Nightmare Claw" he said as he attempts to strike at them but they disappears. But their voices still echos.

"Don't Fail us or Else she will die!" they said

"I SWEAR WHEN I FIND YOU I WILL MAKE YOU PAY IF YOU HURT HER!" he roared.

Chimera watched as Trinity disappeared from view, "Well, this just got confusing."

"Those creeps are holding someone hostage, that's just dispicable." Twy growled, thrashing his tail.

Poleire looked around at the assembled group, "And here I thought we'd be on a vacation."

Varedis was silent, it was impossible, but he couldn't deny, that face, that scar over the left eye, the way his lip curled as if in permanent disgust. He would knowthat face anywhere. One of the people standing there was his father...

He went over to Sky, "Well now I know why, and for her sake, we should get the Crown quickly, and for my oown peace of mind, for my father was among them..."

Dreth was extremely confused and blinked furiously as he tried to understand the situation. The entire spectacle made him question Sky's purpose even more. And the Storm Crown... Had he heard that before? He swore it was familiar. "Wait, wait, wait. Your actually negotiating with terrorists?" He asked Sky in disbelief.

"I don't have a choice! They have my friend!" Sky said

"Sure, sure. That is a good answer." Dreth said with a nod, "But are you actually going to give them what they want? Its times like these where you reach out for help, you know. Get a band of beasts together and show them what's what." He gestured to the vast landscape. "You could probably find them on your own. I'm sure there's a dragon out there who can track magic. Or an informant you could beat information out of. Your friend may be in trouble, but would she agree with giving up Gods knows what for her safety?" He let out a rough sigh after his little speech, winded from lack of inhaling

"You don't think I haven't thought of that" Sky said his anger was already risen from Trinity, but Dreth line of questioning was not helping to keep it under his control. Sky does have a short temper, especially when his friends are endanger.

"Look, we need to work together to save Sky's friend" Makil said

"What do you say Dreth? Lets help Sky save his friend" Isis said

Kihei looked at Sky "Calm down, I'll help get your friend back anyway possible" He said

Midnight hid behind Chromatus's heads, afraid of what could happen next

"I'll rip all of their scales off, one by one!" Stonecrusher threatened. "I'll turn their hides into new homes for the innocents' they destroyed!"

"You don't know where they are," Skyward said.

Ebony was still nervous from the explosion. "Come, come, it's ok," Electra called to her. "We can still have our vacation with Skyward."

"That's exactly what I was thinking, young one." Dreth said and walked closer to Sky with an outstretched claw. "Whether you like it or not, you have help now. Save your friend and stop Trinity's terrorism?" Said in a suggestive tone

Isis smiled at what Dreth did

"He's right Sky, like it or not, we'll help you" Makil said

"So, where do we start?" Kihei asked

OOC: If you read my previouse post, I am at the area.


"I'll help too." Frost said.

"I guess I Will too." I said.

Occ: Eyebrawler Sky is my character

"Very well" Sky said, "The first thing we need to do is find out any information about the Storm Crown's whereabouts." he siad

"So what?" Stonecrusher growled. "I'm not going to sit around while his friend is captured!" He flew off.

OOC: I think it was a typo, Sky.

"The Storm Crown again." He set his paw back down and tapped his claw against the earth. "I swear I've heard that before. Mind filling us in on what it is?"

"Its a ancient magical artifact that says that it controls the power storms. The Crown was made for a king who rules over the elements of Electricity, Water, and Wind. With it the King rule a powerful nation until he died. Legends say that the crown was buried with him." Sky explained the story.

"Intresting. " I said.


" Where is it buried??" Frost asked.

"I don't know" Sky answered

((I meant to type Kihei, that's egg on my face))

"There has to be a record somewhere" Makil said

"We should start at the library" Isis suggested

Kihei nodded "It sounds like we're going a grave-robbin' then? So much for a normal vacation!" Kihei said

"Yeah, I think our 'normal vacation' stopped at the earthquake," Skyward commented.

"No, actually it stopped now." I Said.

Frost sighed. "Let's just go to the library "

Chimera looked at the group, "Well, it sounds like we've got an adventure on our claws; I'll help you stop this Trinity and rescue your friend."

"And so will I." Twy said next as he spread his wings.

Poleire and Flasheris looked at each other, "This is going to be quite a vacation." Poleire remarked.

OOC: Okay, Theuone, quick question. Is Chimera prounounced Ci-mir-a Or Ch-im-er-a?

"I Was hoping for a nice relaxing vacation with my family." Frost sighed.

"Well, at least we'll have fun!" I said with a smile.

"Let go" Sky said as he headed to the library.

Makil and Kihei followed Sky, Midnight still hid behind Chromatus's heads, and Isis waited for Dreth

Frost and I followed Sky.

Chimera looked at Twy, Flasheris, and Poleire, and without saying a word, trudged off after Sky.

Skyward sighed and followed Sky. "This is the craziest vacation I've ever had, and it hasn't been more than half an hour."

OOC: Sorry. Slept in hahaha

Dreth began following the group, keeping at pace with Isis. "Thank you for waiting." He said with a smile. His smile was hiding his true feelings though. I knew I heard about the Storm Crown before! He thought. He recalled his Master telling stories of the Great Crown and its vast energy, wishing that he could create one of his own....
Hopefully the library had something that could help their quest, and maybe help his own. The KeySands still swirled in his mind, wondering if the Storm Crown and the Sands are connected.

Kihei nudged Skyward "Its ok buddy, after this is over, I'll do something to make this vacation one to remember" He said to cheer up Skyward

Makil walked alongside Frost "Hey, I'm sorry if you felt left out of the decision to have Isis become Dreth's apprentice" He said

OOC: Frost? Wat did I miss?

"Well, it's already pretty much one to remember," Skyward laughed. "I was just kinda hoping to relax."

((Frost is Eevee's character))

"No problem" Isis said "Sorry if you don't want to talk about it, but who taught you?"

"I know, I meant something nice" Kihei said

"Well..." Dreth let out a heavy sigh. "My father and grandfather actually taught me everything I know. I am only allowed to call them my Masters though." He looked off to the horizon as he talked, reeling in his childhood. "The way we tempered glass was a family owned secret, but family is a loose term. It was always about the glass. 'Did you keep the forge hot enough? Did you make sure to grind the sand? How come you can't keep shape?' That's all my father would prattle on about. I guess he loved me, but the glasswork came first." He shook his head and chuckled lightly. "I'm getting off topic from the question, aren't I?"

Sky arrived at the library as he started going through book after book about anything of the Storm Crown.

Kihei followed Sky and started looking through books to find where the King was buried

"No, its ok Dreth, but now you can say you have a family" Isis said as she hugged Dreth, her armour protecting her

"Thank you Isis," Dreth said as he hugged her back, "I knew I saw something special in you."
He scanned the library as they entered, thinking of the best possible place where a book on the Storm Crown might be. "Lets check the back of the room. Those books seem older." Dreth suggested and started wandering.

"Maybe there's someone who knows the library," Skyward suggested.

Stonecrusher stopped flying and started looking for any signs of Trinity. "There was supposedly that sign that the dragon I recognize said was their symbol," he said to himself.

Isis smiled as she followed Dreth, she looked through some of the old books, trying to find out what she could about the Crown until she found a book on the Key Sands "Dreth, what is this?" She asked

Dreth padded over and looked over Isis's shoulder. "What did you fi-" He stopped dead as he read a few words. He grabbed the book instantly from Isis's mitts and delved into it. "I can't believe there was actually a book!" He exclaimed to himself as he read.

Isis looked over Dreth's shoulder "What is it?" She asked, surprisingly not mad at Dreth for ripping the book from her paws

He kept reading as if he was in another world, vaguely hearing Isis. The book, despite its topic, was cryptic and convoluted. He closed it, needing a better place and a better time to inspect it "It's what I'm here for. The KeySands." Dreth said simply and handed the book back to her. "I-I'm sorry. I didn't think it would be this easy to find..." he said to excuse his actions.

OOC: you coulda gotten mad, it dont matter haha
oh, and i know KeySands is a lame name, but i couldnt think of something classy and cool at the time

Sky looked through the books but still he could not find anything, "How hard is it to find something about this stupid crown!" he exclaimed in frustration.

"Its ok Dreth, it might be with the Crown" Isis said as she put the book back "So, why do you want the Key Sands?"

Kihei jumped onto a shelf from Sky's angry yell, where found a very old book "Sky, there's an old book up here, maybe its in here" He said as he handed the book to Sky
