Rufus quest: goal reward Valentine's house [CLOSED]

I bought Rufus now he's on sale. The first quest I got was an easy one. The second I get with Rufus is:
- place a house
- place a community building
- collect from a building (200x)

As a reward you get Valentine's house.

Activate family: DoubleDutchy & iNiekie (last account has problems....)
Daily gifter untill game crashed, Activision is working on it.......

Shoot. I never got that quest. Still don't have that house.
