Making this for sprocketrocket since he was asking for it in another thread.

If anyone else wants to contribute, here's how to do it:

1. Open Chrome.
2. Go to www.skylanders.com.
3. Find the character whose image you want.
4. Right-click the image and select Inspect element.
5. Look in the Developer Tools panel that opens and find the background-image property.
6. Right-click the URL/link and select Open link in new tab.
7. Enjoy!

Here you go sprocketrocket, Eye Five and Eye Scream:

Since I'm having trouble doing this, could some one do this for with Spyro on this page? Just click the Previous Arrow on the left next to Snap Shot and you'll see the page for SSA on 3DS. I'd been trying to get that Spyro picture for a LONG time.

You will have to crop the image if you want just Spyro because that is the image as a whole.

I think it would be a lot better if people edit their posts and just link the images rather then 'show them' for 2 reasons.

1: Being that eventually the thread will get too big/long scroll wise

and

2. It'd be easier to link everything to the image directly, one can toggle full rez or smaller and right click/save.

Let's teach people how to fish...can anyone follow the OP's instructions? What problems do you have in doing that? You can also find it on skylanders.com and when you bring up that character's image you can right click and select View Background Image. A new tab will open and the url with the image will appear. This is using Firefox.

This. I was thinking of saying a reponse like this, but then the kids will assume I'm being "rude". I mean, the directions are right there, and they're just asking users to post images for them instead of trying it themselves.

Install Chrome, use Internet Explorer, or other browsers. They have source modes.

Otherwise there will be too much image spam.
