Found her in both GameStop and Mediaworld (Italy).

The only things "exclusive" to the former were High Five's Single Pack and the two Elemental Packs.

According to my local TRU they wont be getting her until they get high five

I think, for this topic to be effective, you should mention if you found her in the US, as I imagine that is what the topic creator was asking. As far as I have seen, she is not part of wave 3 in the US.

Amazon.de says that they can't ship to my address. Is there a trick to getting it to go through?

I just went to Toys R Us they said it didn't come with the shipment of the others, anyone got any idea when she'd be out in US?

She isn't a part of the first shipment of Wave 3 toys. Neither is High Five.

If Flip Wreck is in wave 4 that means Echo would be in Wave 5 and that just doesn't seem right!

Yeah I got her in a Triple Pack with Hog Wild Fryno and Cobra Cadabra! It was a great score in my opinion! I live in Australia and got the pack from Big W (Walmart for you American Portal Masters) if that helps!

I still can't even find the previous waves in stores. They won't stock them because no one is buying the old ones.

Its out in the Netherlands as a single pack in the Gamemania and Yungleader, i think you ment 10 euros since core Skylanders aren't 15 euro

I was on EBay & one dealer, mbksales2012, has a whole bunch of Bat Spins up from $8 on up, as well as triple packs for insane prices, which are mostly bids.
It frustrates me that people would do that for figures that will be out in the US in no time at all. I can, somewhat, understand very rare variants. But on some of the offers for Bat Spin, they add the word "rare". To me, that's bad business

Third party seller, almost certainly bought from amazon.de, amazon.it or amazon.fr (all 3 have it in stock right now). It's just a guess that there will be some sort of Wave 3.5 case assortment (including Bat Spin and High Five, both missing from US W3 cases assortments) - but there is no confirmation of this at all, just speculation given there have been some x.5 cases this year. It might be Wave 4 whenever that comes out. Obviously the Frito Lay thing interfered with the shipment of these two in the US (and possibly Flip Wreck, but he isn't in Wave 3 anyways). We will get her eventually, but no official idea when (as if TfB has given any advance notice in the past).

If you want her NOW, go with Amazon in one of the three above regions - but make sure you purchase an item that ships AND is sold by Amazon themselves. Use Chrome for auto-translation so you can tell.

Things to remember when ordering from Amazon Europe from the US:

- Prices are in Euro, which you can translate using Google if you need, right now you can just multiply the Euro price by 1.29 and get the dollar price roughly. Some credit cards will do this for you during the checkout.
- The price you see isn't what you pay, unlike here the tax is pre-added (called VAT, or Value Added Tax). If you order from the US, that tax will be removed at checkout so your actual price is a little bit lower (but only if you order from Amazon, third parties may or may not take it off). Bat Spin, sold by Amazon, is about 8.50 Euro.
- Shipping is roughly 20-25ish Euro for 2-3 day with tracking, 12-15ish Euro for 5-10 day with tracking, 10ish Euro for 10+ day un-tracked.
- Holidays and Customs can delay shipments, no matter what your selected rate. Customs may decide to randomly inspect your package, it can add a week or two - it is random, and no way to predict or avoid. Customs may also open you package or tear open a corner to inspect. Europe considers holidays and time off differently/more importantly from us in the US. If it is a holiday, add a day because the package is not going to move on that day unless it is on US soil.
- If you collect packaged, the packages are slightly different and WILL have a different hook style on the cardboard which you may not like. If you plan to sell extras on EBay to help cover your costs, you best post a picture with a European hook style - because if a collector buys it from you and doesn't know about it they will be upset and probably give you negative feedback.
- Amazon is pretty easy to deal with on issues, even in Europe. But if you choose a third party seller, you are going to have a language barrier to overcome should an issue arise and likely much higher shipping rates/longer shipping time. Third parties also may not ship to the US, it varies by company.
- Ideally group your order with a friend and split shipping. The shipping cost tends to not go up much with more stuff ordered. In other words, ordering 1 figure costs only slightly less to ship as 3.

It's not like Snowderdash. It's not exclusive, so why pay the high prices on Amazon or EBay. She's just icing on the cake, since I have already completed the story. Just need to finish one 2-star Rena Challenge

I hate the our awesome frito lay contest was just a standard release figure that ended up hurting us by not getting all of wave 3 on time..

I agree with you, skylander_chaos. Everyone else got it, but the contest screwed it up in the US. If you wanted Bat Spin, you had to order her overseas as well as High Five (if you didn't win the contest).
I thought they would be out already, but I wouldn't be surprised if & come out when Love Potion comes out.

Well, SlayerX11, the Pop Fizz variant is confirmed for 1/15. So I figure High Five & Bat Spin could be out as well. Could also be this weekend as well.

We got it from someone in trade from someone in Ireland. She is fun to play, hopefully will be out in USA soon.
