Shou.tv is really just a Twitch alternative except the broadcasters use mobile devices. It's available for Android 4.1-4.3 with root access, Android 4.4-5.0 without root, and any iOS 7+ iDevice.
COMFORTABLE hardware requirements per OS:
Android- 2012+ dual-core CPUs (phones like HTC Rezound are dual-core but harness inferior architecture), 1 GB of RAM, multi-touch support, PowerVR on Exynos/MTK, Adreno 225+ or Tegra
iOS- iPod touch 5th generation, iPad 4th generation+, iPhone 5s, ALL JAILBROKEN

Holy **** this is amazing. I would also love to watch you play FFV sometime, its the only FF classic I did not beat.
