Alright, so at this point, I'm pretty much sure my Skylanders were stolen by these brats. My question is: Will Activision replace stolen Skylanders?

Nobody replaces a product if someone else entirely stole them in the first place. If a scalper stole them in the store or an employee "disappeared" with something you ordered for store pickup is another issue entirely, but definately not if you let some kids run away with your figures.
