Not rare but less common I'd say. Haven't seen them in Canada, seems like they are US exclusive.

They are rare everywhere except TRU. I got a metallic Gill Grunt there and saw Shroomboom as well.

Shroomboom was selling for outrageous amounts of money until TRU got a bunch in for a promotion where they were handing them out for free. Now they're peg warmers.
