Jazz Band I'm confident about but CONCERT BAND SUCKS. ugh

In all seriousness if you have practiced you’re playing techniques and rehearsed well the performance with the band you should be okay. Personally I have always found jazz to be out of my comfort zone when it comes down to playing guitar. I have never managed to learn chord progressions and different melodic playing styles in different scales in that genre. Maybe if I listened to more jazz, I might just get some kind of hang on it but right now I cannot say any “expert” advice. Just play and enjoy the ride with the audience and overall feeling and atmosphere of the sounds.

You're lucky. Our school isn't doing jazz band because exactly two people signed up.

I'm more worried about my Concert Band (flute) I mean I practice a lot but we just don't sound very good. My band teacher gives us concerts way too often.

I also play flute, but band is my favourite class.

So we actually did hood in both! Yay.

I lost my flute case in the library though
