The Lost: Unlock by dieing 4 specific ways in a row
1. Die to a Mulaboom as Issac on Floors 1-2
2. Die to one of your own bombs as Maggie on Floors 3-4
3. Die to a Mom's foot stomp during the Mom fight on floor 6
4. Die as Azazel to the second phase on the Satan fight
