With successful games like Skykanders and Infinity, there's so much promise out there for new games using the same type of RFID technology.

Think about it, how cool would it be to have a new Mech Assault game where you could go out and buy a new Mech at the store? Or a role-playing game that you could go buy new characters, enemies, items, etc.?

I'd rather have the collectable characters and/or items in my hand than virtual/downloadable ones that can't be displayed.

I'd rather have a game that comes with all the characters than making me look for them and buy them all.
I'd be hugely disappointed if a new Mech Assault came out using this technology and I seriously hope that it doesn't go down this road.
