I've been playing a few hours each night of Skylanders Trap Team and Spyros Adventure on xbox360. Now I have a really persistent case of tennis elbow that seems to get worse when I play it.

So I am going to have a break from playing for a while, but interested to know if any of you have experienced something similar?

I don't recall ever getting something like this from any games I played. And if I did, it would probably be from motion control-heavy games. How are you playing games?

I only play Skylanders. I've been playing 2-4 hours a day every day since Trap Team came out. So I don't play as much as some, but it's certainly causing some problems. Never had this trouble with the Wii remote.

Interesting I use to get pain in my thumbs and all I did was keep going playing.

I used to get sore thumbs from the really old Nintendo remotes and same just ignored it. But this elbow is getting beyond the ignoring point.

Have you played games all your life or has it only been for a few years?

You might need to see a doc, just don't tell him why you think you hurt it, lol..

maybe its the xbox controller, have you tried the ps4?

Only played since Skylanders has come out. It's pretty bad. Been icing it and using a heat rub but nothing seems to be helping.

Never had this trouble with the Wii remote so perhaps it is just the xbox controller. Will see a doctor next week and see what they say.
