Seriosly! All he does is freeze (which does no damage), and his secondary attack takes a while to perform, and does like 17 damage. The only thing about him that I like is his theme.

I like him as a character. Not as a playable character.

I admit that Chill Bill is one of the weakest villains in the game, but I enjoy freezing enemies.

Chill bill was helpful for most of the story to me plus i can do a glitch to get to the mini area so I never need to buy a mini

If you hold is main attack down for 10 seconds it 1 hit kills any enemy that isnt a boss

He's bad ik I like him as a character and he has the second best theme but.

Only like his theme, his powers are all supportive

Chill bill is cool also like blink182 said chill bill damage does around 100-200 damage if u hold down the botton

He reminds me of a Blue Boomer variant .

It would be so much fun if the same race npc,s , allies or enemies would make a comment about their skylander counterparts . Imagine Chill Bill talking about Boomer his "former" commanding officer turned traitor or Gurglefin mentioning Gill Grunt playing with water pistols as children .

So just jump to the Platfrom and use chill bill secondary move and he will fly right through the Platfrom and be on it minis now useless

Chill Bill is just horrible, i don't like his theme either... its unoriginal and its used in every commercial in the netherlands...

I wish someone could create a topic to determine the villains' attacks and the amounts of damage they can do. It would be best to find out which villain is the strongest and/or the weakest.

I also like how he's a radio host.

As someone else said, he is a fun character, but not really powerful enough to use in the game a lot. (Like many of the villains)

is it just me or when he's evolved he stops freezing enemies? or am i just not using him right anymore? if it takes away his ability to freeze enemies then it's bad to evolve him.

Seriously, he flat out SUCKS

I actually like him alot. He's basically the Skylanders version of Crystal Maiden, from DotA 2. You have to get used to switching very rapidly, but he can be pretty good if you know what you're doing.

Yeah I agree, he can be a cool asset to your team lol but I understand why folks won't like him either if they're used to nuclear bombs going off when they play.

I like him, eitha way

I like him, because I love when villains have attacks that remain on screen, or affect enemies, even when you switch to your Skylander.

That's why I love other characters such as Broccoli Guy, Rage Mage, Shield Shredder or Slobber Trap.

Still, I would have liked him much more, if he really froze the enemies like in the "Meet the Skylanders videos", instead of just slowing them down a lot.

i like his music too but when you freeze anybody you need to change to an skylander and then kill te bad guy
but you guys are right as villain he is very weak

I liked him before the game came out. Then they nerfed him and I lost all interest.

Now this I can get behind. Granted, my favorite themes are Shrednaught, Blaster-Tron, and *ahem* yours truly.

You cant forget about Brawl and Chain

I love his voice, and his theme (unoriginal as it is), and using some strategy I actually love, the slowing the enemies down, tag in to a melee attacker and wipe them out, strategy.

Well, he's not very useful. Sure you could freeze things for your Skylander to then whack 'em, but on the other hand you could be doing damage to begin with with another Villain (or the Skylander). Doesn't help that his primary attack is so slow to use. His music's nice though, and the concept of freezes is ok, but doing practically zero damage and all that... bummer.

If you hold down your primary attack it deals 875 damage.
