About that "Monster to end all monsters" cutscene.... [CLOSED]

How should it be interpret? We do know a rhynoc was forced to become Scorch, but unlike Buzz and Spike, we don't see the transformation as it cuts to black.

Was is meant to be THAT horrific? Was it too violent? Or did Insomniac not had not budget? (That last part would explain some of the recycled tracks used in later levels.)

I always thought it was because they didn't want players to know what Scorch looks like until Spyro confronts him.
