Today my game has been acting up and I am getting an error message telling me to update my game to continue playing, saying my cloud save is a higher version. However, I've been playing on the newest version since the Undead/ Trap team update. Can anyone help me?

This generally means your original save was corrupted. Contact Activision to request reimbursement of gems for your previous progress.

Well I have another device that was just a few days behind will they reimburse me there? Jut realized I can only play my original save if I'm offline is this fixable?

If you can boot into your game offline, you can overwrite your corrupted cloud save by:

1) Boot into game offline
2) Switch your connectivity back on
3) Quickly go to Options and hammer the "Save to Cloud" button

Basically you have to trigger a cloud save before it can notice you're connected and go looking for your existing cloud save. Might take a few tries to get lucky on the timing. I've done it three times, the first took about 9, second I got it first go and third took me 3 tries.

Alright I've gotten it a few times hopefully it'll work.

Well I was able to save to the cloud at least four times and was able to even get the latest update with the Tech link tower, however, when I try to normally play the game it still tells me that I still need to update. :-(
