SOS I NEED CoMPUTER HELP [CLOSED]

Our family mac is having some issues.
When I try to type, these weird letters come up.

Also, finder will not open and if I open one of my drawing applications (which I have had for a long time, that is not the problem) It won't let me draw or click anything.
We have tried restarting, and I googled for help. I couldn't find anything, and I was wondering if you peoples of darkspyro knew anything?

Sorry, I don't own a mac, but are you running the computer on windows.....? Probably not, but sometimes if you press those buttons in the corner on a different computer setting, they change.

I was wondering if your keyboard had settings or anything. Because it might have something too do with the language/ not in particular.
