My Flocked Springtime Trigger Happy does not come up as special on the portal?

Is this true for all of them or is it a case of like the Stone variants where some do and some don't?

It should come up as Springtime Trigger Happy. The "flocked" part is a chase variant, meaning it's only the look of the figure that's different, not the in-game part. Typically the in-game look or name will be whatever is shown on the packaging. For example, the Halloween Eye-Brawl packaging showed the normal Eye-Brawl.

Since SG, chase variants come up with the word "Special" or similar.

The Stone variants (Whirlwind and Zook) are exceptions as some do come up as "special" and some don't. Indeed, I got a second Stone W/wind which did when my first one didn't.

This is the first non-SSA chase variant since then that I have witnessed not come up as special (and I have nigh on every chase variant, at time of writing).

They normally say rare or special, but my flocked/fuzzy STTH doesn't so your good..

That said, I would appreciate more as a stat sample of 2 is a bit lean...

Yeah, Flocked ST Trigger Happy is one of a handful of variants that doesn't show up as "Special" or "Rare" in game.
