they dont sleep or go to the toilets either... these main Character in video games are for sure strange smilie

Yeah, and they never seem to get tired do they?
In fact, the only video game that I can think of where the main character gets tired is in Canis Canem Edit or Bully in America.
And in GTA: San Andreas you have to eat otherwise your health will start to dwindle away over time.

Yeah, notable exceptions include monster hunter, minecraft, dark cloud, and kirbeh.

I should make a video game mainy that eats and in one scene I could nod towards him needing to go pee.
