HR Giger, the guy who designed the xenomorph costume, used actual human skulls for the head, and judging by the teeth, some of them were children skulls.

This is kinda beside the subject, but I really like Giger's art. Not because of frequent sexual themes, but because of the "mood" of the pieces.

The one with the space jockey is my favorite.
