Confusing problem

Hey guys
I play trap team on ps4 and tonight my hubby decided he wanted to play. Thing is we can't figure out how to make it two player in the middle of the board. When he turns the second control on it ask who is using this then just switches the control of the skylander to the other controller

Try taking it of and putting it when it says player one put the skylander

You need to create a second account on the PS4. When you connect the second controller select the new user you have created and it should work. (You need a different user for each controller)
