I thought the portal would look cool on top of it, plus i can get it cheap.
I don't know how big the arena is because, well, I haven't bought it yet. I want it though.
I don't want to get it if it's too small, because the swap force portal is too big some people said,

Do any of you that have it, know if the Trap Team portal fits? I don't know how big the battle arena is...

UPDATE: short answer is no, it will not fit.. It is indeed too large in circumference for the small base.. Plus, even if it did, the trap area hangs over covering one of the element areas..

This is what my setup would look like tonight if I had the portal centered;

I still use the Battle Arena as a staging area, but the trap area AND cable block a lot of space. The trap area also "floats" because there's no support beneath it. However if you do want to do it the portal sits perfectly balanced on the rim of the proper placement for it. If anyone else is curious about the Battle Arena the Swap Force portal was also too big to nest properly, but sat well balanced and was able to make use of the cable management, I never played Swap Force without it.

Yeah it would kinda balance on there, but trap area and cord do take up a lot of area that you place skylanders on...

I've been using mine on it, it's not a great fit but it works o.k..
