Just an idea I had for Skylanders 5. Shiny traps that contain villains inside. These villains have their pre-evolved color schemes, their attacks deal major damage, and they have the same length timer as Evolved Kaos or Chomp Chest. I thought this was a good idea for the next game. Or an incredibly expensive idea for something you probably already own. But hey, that's what Skylanders is all about, am I right? So um... what you guys think? Possible or not? If not, then I think they'll definitely introduce more Eon's Elites.

I can imagine (maybe figures instead?) having Kaos Elite Traps, and Giving all the best villains (maybe doom raiders, but they are already big name villains, plus there is no magic doom raider) Like Tech: Shreadnaught Water:Chill Bill Life:Broccoli Guy, or the Chompy etc. and giving them HUGE amounts of health, and attack, like Eons Elite!

I just want toy villains! Have always wanted them since SSA!

Regarding the possibility of having more Eon's Elite, I think it's highly unlikely.
The 8 Skylanders chosen for that title are all from SA, and they probably gained it by going trough all those adventures, including Giants, SWAP Force and now Trap Team.

I just don't see any other character from the first game, or even the others, receiving that honour, because that would simply ruin the concept itself.

Eon has chosen them to be his elite, his strongest and bravest warriors.
Adding more Skylanders to that roster would probably only make the entire idea weaker.

Exactly right. They can hardly be 'elite' if there are dozens of them.

If they want to buff a few more of the older characters it would make more sense to come up with a different name/concept for them.

maybe Kaos' Elite are his evil skylanders from SSA, with rather than the shinier paint job that Eon's Elite have, they have the colouring that they had in SSA, the single colour of the element darkening to various shades.

Actually, he was against the Doom Raiders for backstabbing him after he freed them. Not every villain was a Doom Raider. But good point about the Eon's Elite.

Yeah i don't think they will make anymore Eon's Elite but if they do that would be just WAY to confusing!

I think there will be more Eon's Elite if they sell well... Activision has proven time and time again that it does not have to make sense if it makes them money.

Not at this point.

Sure, they took away the possibility to open Elemental Gates with Cores, but simply because there aren't Regular Elemental Gates, in Trap Team.

They can be as money-grabber as you want them to be, but Activision, and particularly TfB aren't going to make a decision without a reason behind it.

That would be awesome!

And if this happens, people will just go: "$15 for one trap?! That's too expensive!" and it just gives people more to complain about. They already are complaining about too much, including Eon's elite, and it will just give them more too complain about.

Yes, I know.

While discussing about the least favorite aspects of this game might help the devs releasing patches to fix the most annoying bugs and glitches, or even keep in mind those suggestions for the next game, since they browse this forum, constantly whining about the same things (PvP gone, visual glitches, no Elemental Gates for Cores) will simply not make any difference.

And yet, as you perfectly said, even if Activision made the perfect Skylanders game, they would probably be the same ones to keep complaining about something.

They simply try to satisfy the majority of the fans, and, in my opinion, they accomplished that task better with Trap Team, than SWAP Force.

People (especially gamers) are never really happy, I guess...
