Only mini area?

At the academy in the library there is a part where quickley stands and he sais that only little skylander can acces some area there, does he mean the mini's

Actually, when you go up to the higher level, there's a hidden area on the left before you go right and exit. It's hidden area like the Archives and the others. There's a hidden trinket there, Stealth Elf's Gift.
It's a pun on The Hunger Games' logos but has Stealth Elf's head on it. Quite cool. Would have been awesome if it gave you a Stat boost....like Speed.
